1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

- Order cancellation may require OTP verification for security purposes.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
- If a cancellation request is approved after processing, a deduction of ₹100 will be applied towards shipping and handling charges.
- If incorrect address, phone number, or delivery details are provided by the customer, shipping or delivery charges will not be refunded.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- Product Missing: If any product/item is missing from your order, you are eligible for a refund only for the missing item.
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
- The damaged product must be returned before the refund or replacement is processed.
- Order Not Delivered: If your order is not delivered within 15 days from the shipping date, you will be eligible for a refund after verification.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds or returns will be accepted if you simply do not like the taste, flavor, or spice level of the product.
- Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by incorrect customer information such as wrong address, unavailable phone number, or customer unavailability during delivery.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or incorrect.
4. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Customers may be required to share photos/videos as proof before approval.
- If approved, replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

- Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays.
