- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock unavailability, payment verification, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and order value.
- Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.
- Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policy.
- If the customer is unavailable or unreachable during delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned orders caused by customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details including name, address, phone number, and PIN code.
- If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.
- Shipping, delivery, or return charges caused due to incorrect customer information will be deducted from the refundable amount.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- If any item is missing from your order, you will be eligible for a refund only for the missing item after verification.
- If your order is not delivered within 15 days from the shipping date, you may contact us for support and refund eligibility verification.
8. International Shipping
- International shipping may be available for select countries.
- International delivery timelines vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
9. Non-Serviceable Locations
- Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our delivery partners.
- In such cases, the order may be cancelled and refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway or shipping charges, if any.
